Shipping and Delivery Policy

Shipping

Most items in our store are fulfilled through our supplier partner, Zendrop, and may ship directly from international warehouses. Because of this, delivery times can vary by product.

Processing time is typically 1–3 business days before an order ships. Standard shipping generally takes between 7 and 20 business days depending on the destination and product origin, though some items may arrive sooner or take longer during high-demand periods. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships, where available.

Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Please double check your shipping address at checkout, as we're unable to redirect packages once they've shipped. If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, reshipping costs may apply.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from its description, please contact us at hello@inscius.ai within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

For change-of-mind returns, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Because many products ship from third-party fulfillment centers, return shipping instructions and eligibility are assessed on a case-by-case basis, and the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are generally the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Stripe once a return is received and inspected, or once a refund is approved. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
